An expert in Liposuction
Dr. Narsete was one of the first 50 board certified plastic surgeons in the USA to practice liposuction as a new and exciting technology. He has studied with the grand masters in France, and more recently with the surgeons from Brazil that designed Brazilian buttock surgery. Over the last 25 years, Dr. Narsete attended training courses on all the newest and best changes in plastic surgery for body contour surgery.
New Technology
Dr Narsete has developed new technology with superficial liposculpture. Over the last ten years he has performed this new exciting technology on hundreds of patients who have not been able to diet off the their cellulite. He uses a very small cannula to remove the superficial fat under the skin. This actually removes the fluid that causes swelling and bruising. The result is the loss of most of the cellulite in trouble spots of the hips, thighs and buttocks. (see photos).
Fat transfers are the newest technology in liposuction. He uses a technique where you can take fat from places you don’t want it, and put it where you do. Your fat is harvested at the time of liposuction. Your fat and stem cells are then isolated and reinjected. The most common areas to improve are the buttocks, thighs and cheekbones at the time of a facelift.
The Brazilian buttock surgery uses this new and effective technology. We mark out the creases for your new buttock and perform the deep and superficial liposuction. We then prepare your fat for reinjection into the buttock for a more shapely look. The result is a smaller perkier buttock that looks good in any clothes or swimwear

Ideal Candidates
The best candidates for liposuction are patients in good health and have normal weight or slightly above normal weight. We like to see patients who have good skin tone and exercise regularly.
Liposuction for Men
You would be surprised how many men have had successful liposuction. Most of the areas are the abdomen, neck and chest. Sometimes men will have their love handles removed at the same time. The results are good and they achieve the look they desire and deserve. Men are sculpted differently than the women paying more attention to muscle contour of the chest and abdomen.
Frequently asked questions
- How will my skin look after surgery? The skin will contract after surgery. You will look like you have lost a lot of weight.
- Is fat removal permanent? Yes. Fat cannot regenerate, and the previous areas of fat excess will no longer be there.
- Will liposuction remove cellulite? Yes, with the superficial liposculpture, the fat that causes cellulite is removed.
- How long is recovery? The normal recovery is one week for liposuction and 10 days for a tummy tuck. You will need to wear a garment for 3-6 weeks. Iron supplements should be taken for three weeks after treatment.
- Will I need a second procedure?
Most likely one procedure will be sufficient. However, some patients require a fine tuning procedure at a future date.
