Since Dr. Narsete was one of the first few dozen plastic surgeons to perform liposuction,
he has had more time to fully utilize the technology. For instance,
he has found a way to apply it to facelifts to achieve more natural and beautiful results.
He has also used an innovative approach to eyelid surgery, combining it with the lower
lid procedure (which lifts the cheek at the same time and eliminates the "ring" around the eye).
Dr. Narsete's breast enhancement procedure calls for placement of saline implants behind
the pectoral muscles through a one-inch underarm incision. This is a 45-minute, in-office
procedure which produces a soft and natural look. Cleavage is improved over older methods,
and the implant cannot be felt. (Some of his patients have gone in for breast exams and the
OB/GYN could not detect it.) Further, mammograms can be done because the implant does not touch the breast tissue.
Using ultrasound liposuction, his "superficial liposculpture" removes excess fat and cellulite.
He also achieves great results with tummy tucks by performing additional liposuction around the hips,
rib cage and thighs to achieve permanent fat removal for a more sculptured and natural look.

in an in-office, full-service, hospital-grade surgical suite. If you prefer, he also has hospital privileges
at local hospitals. He prefers to schedule surgeries on Wednesdays or Thursdays so that you can return to work the following Monday.
