Facial Plastic Surgery

Do you really have to wait until you’re 60 before you can have surgery? Of course not!

The latest trend in facial rejuvenation is to have beginners surgery at an earlier age. Dr Narsete treats many younger patients in their 30’s and 40’s who just want to look better for business and social reasons. A modified facelift (minilift) with eyelid enhancement (blepharoplasty) is very common in this age group. A shorter incision line is easily accomplished with less invasive surgery. Your down time and bruising is less. The patients are back to their normal life in one week, and your surgery is very affordable. Additional superficial liposuction is added to enhance your jowl line. We also have a new procedure using liposuction where we take your own fat and stem cells, and fill the cheekbone area with them. This will give you a very attractive and vibrant look.

Lip augmentation with injectable fillers is one of the fastest growing non surgical treatments today . These fillers are easily injected and last nearly 6 months. They are affordable and have no down time. The material, ground substance of your body and collagen, are very safe with few risks to the patient. By using a sense of artistry when he injects, Dr Narsete can replicate your normal lip and improve any wrinkles. The fillers work well on patients of any age.
More recently, he has been using the new Permafacial™ implants for permanent lip augmentation. They are made of silastic, the same material as a breast implant, and come in various sizes to fit your personal needs. Dr. Narsete published one of the first peer review journal articles on these exciting new implants, and has inserted 100 of them for permanent lip augmentation. A small incision is made in the corner of the mouth so no scar is visible. The implants are then easily inserted for an exciting permanent result that rejuvenates the lips and erases the aging changes.( See photo gallery). They can be inserted at the time of a facelift or separately. The implants also help the lip lines that appear with age.

Brazilian Buttock Surgery
Did you know the world’s leading authorities on buttock surgery live in Brazil? Dr Narsete spent a week with them in a professional meeting and studied their technology. They employ a unique approach where they make new buttock creases with deep liposuction and then augment the buttocks with an implant or a fat fill from the liposuction. We have a special way of preparing your own fat for a transfer. We first wash your fat and then concentrate your own stem cells. Then, we use a very gentle injection technique to preserve your fat cells. We literally can take fat from where you don’t want it, and put it where you do.
You will wear a garment for several weeks so the skin drapes evenly with your new look, and keeps the result smooth. The buttocks have a more rounded appearance and project posteriorly. You’ll look great in any garment or swim wear. Your surgery only takes a few hours and 7 days recovery. We routinely do the surgery in our accredited office surgery suite with a twilight sleep sedation. The patients are not awake for the surgery, but maintain their own vital functions. Liposuction for body contour in other areas can also be accomplished at the same time.

Superficial Liposuction
Modern day plastic surgery would be incomplete without a full complement of liposuction technology. Dr Narsete started liposuction in 1983 when it first came to the USA. He was one of the first 50 plastic surgeons in the country trained in this new technology. The following year, he traveled to Paris, France to train with the two grand masters. Since that time, he has performed the surgery on nearly two thousand patients. The original technique employed a deep liposuction to remove contour faults traditional surgery could not treat. As time went on, Dr Narsete studied and developed his own approach using an additional superficial sculpture technique to remove the cellulite in your body. He looks at the surgery as artistic body sculpting to enhance your normal curves.

Do you notice the wrinkles in the butt and back of thighs? Sure, we all do. These are the best areas for improvement. A very small thin cannula is used to remove superficial fat close to the skin. This ensures an even redistribution after the fat is removed. The result is a thinner, more shapely body without the deep skin wrinkles and cellulite. He has employed this technique for many years with excellent results. There is surprisingly less bruising and swelling with this technique.

1. How long will the results of surgery last? Your results are permanent. We encourage the patient to keep their weight stable after surgery.
2. When should I plan my surgery? A tummy tuck
(abdominalplasty) is usually reserved until you are done with child bearing. Body contour surgery with liposuction, facial surgery and breast surgery can be done at any time.
3. Do breast implants interfere with breast feeding? No, they don’t. Breast feeding is determined by hormones from your brain, and the implants do not interfere with breast function.
4. Do you have finance options? Sure we do. You can discuss financing with our counselors and find an option that works well for your budget.
5. How much surgery can I have at a time? We generally package surgery for you as the cost is less if you combine the areas of treatment. We only limit the surgery so we can be done in one day.
